By using chrysocollections.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

• Product colours may vary slightly because of lighting and screen settings.
• Product measurements and weights may be approximate.
• Customers are responsible for selecting the correct product and size.
• Orders are dispatched within 15–20 days after confirmation and successful payment.
• All ordinary sales are final, subject to our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.
• We may cancel an order because of product unavailability, payment failure, suspected fraud or an obvious pricing error.
• Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery information.
• Product photographs, descriptions, branding and website content may not be copied without permission.
• Jewellery must be stored and maintained according to the provided care instructions.
• Chryso Collections is not responsible for damage caused by water, perfume, chemicals, improper storage, accidents or normal wear.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to applicable consumer-protection law and the competent courts or consumer commissions.
